 CIVIL
Tebas & Coiduras has a long and successful history of resolving conflicts in Civil Law, drawing up and implementing civil obligations and contracts in general, sales contracts, donations, advice on matters relating to family law, prenuptial agreements, liquidation of assets, probate proceedings, drawing up wills, etc.

MERCANTILE
From the launch of the business (advice, preparation and constitution of Companies), the legal regulation of its business activities, its growth (advice on fusions and acquisitions both in Spain and internationally), up to advice on its most critical phases (Executory Processes, responsibility of managers and directors).

BANKRUPTCY
The office is currently processing various bankruptcy proceedings in different Spanish provinces, with its professionals taking part in trustee panels or as lawyers directing the proceedings. By the end of 2007 our office had taken part in 15 bankruptcy proceedings, as members of panels of trustees and as lawyers for the bankrupt parties.

MONOPOLY LAW
This department deals with different government and judicial bodies, processing and defending complaints regarding practices restricting competitiveness or related to competition.

PENAL LAW
Our Department of Penal Law specialises in matters relating to Economic Penal Law, economic offences, company infractions and crimes, embezzlement, fraud, tax evasion, infractions, extradition and offences deriving from labour relations and penal law proceedings of every kind.

FISCAL AND ACCOUNTING
In the ambit of Taxation, we advise on and draw up declarations for all taxes of the Spanish Taxation system, both nationally and at the autonomous community, provincial and local levels (Income tax, Property tax, Companies, VAT, Property transfer tax).

We have a department dedicated to International Fiscal Planning, in which we offer advice on the fiscal aspects of transactions between EU countries. We offer legal assistance and representation in tax proceedings of any kind.

In the area of accounting, many client companies trust in us for the regular review of their books and planning their end of year accounts.
We manage accounting for your business, and draw up annual balances, reports and accounts.

LABOUR LAW AND SOCIAL SECURITY

Consulting on labour relations is a specialist area of Tebas & Coiduras.
We have wide experience in legal cases in the sphere of Social Security (accidents, loans, etc) and there are major insurance companies among our clients.
The office advises on and draws up all documents relating to labour contracts, payrolls and company insurance, acquisitions, disposals and settlements, drawing up certificates, bulletins and legal defence.
